• Both due at move in! *Dual closets *Completely separate from all other bedrooms & near the front door making it extra private! *It’s in a residential area, so lots of parking!

We all work different hours and have constant shift changes, including graveyards for myself, (2 are servers and I have a City Government job) so we prefer someone who does not work from home (but will consider) and keeps the party outside of the house. We’re okay with guests here and there as long as it’s not a super common occurrence and we’re mindful of each other with cleanliness and noise and are communicative. We do have one ESA dog so must be pet friendly, but no cats because of allergies :(( We’ve all been friends for so many years and want someone who is open to having a friendship with us and someone that would feel comfortable enough to make it their home too ☺️ We just want to make our home somewhere we can unwind and relax in at the end of the day make sure no one feels awkward, unwelcome, or not safe/at peace. A little about us: I am 26 years old and love wineries (temecula girl at heart) the beach, lifting and ironically random late night denny’s runs lol. I work a city job so my shift changes constantly and so does my sleep schedule but I love priotizing my mental health and for me that includes making time to spend with my loved ones, going to HB dog beach with my ESA boxer pup, and cooking/baking! Emma is 23 and a server in HB. She loves to go to the beach, brunch, and having nice wine night at home while watching movies or reality tv. (We all love to join in when we can) Sienna is a 21 year old night owl! I swear this girl thinks 6 am is the new 8 pm but don’t be mistaken, she’s an introvert and prefers to be in her room reading or watching tv the during those hours. She is a server as well and her and Emma have actually been friends since kindergarten. Sienna loves getting her nails done, has a dry/dark sense of humor, loves dogs and prefers to spend her free time at home. But when she does come hang with us she’s keeps us wheezing in laughter from how funny she is.
