Victoria and I are looking for a third roommate for an apartment near Boston University (15min walk, 9min by T). We are both students at BU who will begin our LLM studies in the fall semester. Apartment: Cost: $4000/month. Utilities: not included (but the price is still good). Security deposit: $4000, plus first and last month’s rent. Furniture: the apartment is unfurnished. However, we have already bought furniture for the common areas, which we would share. Unfortunately, the rental period does not start until 9/1 and we need to hurry. If you are interested, please contact us as soon as possible. If we do not find anyone, we will have to give up the apartment. In this case we will look for a third roommate for another apartment.
