This is a two bedroom, one bathroom condo in Makiki! The area is residential and close to several restaurants, Safeway, bus stops (with lines to Waikiki, Chinatown, UH Mānoa, Ala Moana, Kaka’ako, and other major transit stations), and Biki Bike stations. Ala Moana Beach Park is only a 30 minute walk away! The unit has a spacious kitchen (with utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc!), furnished living room, portable air conditioning unit in bedroom, breezy furnished lanai, pool for residents, coin/app operated laundry on site, storage locker for surfboards, etc., and parking for a bike or moped at the building (street parking available in neighborhood for a car). Rent is $1300 a month and utilities (internet and electricity) are shared by the residents. Electricity costs range depending how much the AC unit in your bedroom is used. Small dogs (under 25 lbs) are allowed with a $1300 pet deposit. The building is very safe and set back from the street which helps keep it quiet and comfortable. The room is UNFURNISHED though photos show it furnished and unfurnished. Only the portable air conditioning unit will be in the room. The lease is month-to-month.

I live in the other bedroom, and I am 24 years old. I just graduated from UH Mānoa in May and I now work full time on island. I am pretty quiet and rarely home on weekdays, but on weekends I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going to the beach, and hiking. I keep the place tidy and clean and maintain a respectful environment where we feel comfortable at home.
