Enjoy a bright, furnished private bedroom in a beautiful, updated home located in South San Jose (95121). It’s a cozy and welcoming space, perfect for relaxing after work or studying in a quiet environment.

You’ll share a clean bathroom and have access to the kitchen, laundry, living area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Street parking is available.

Conveniently located just minutes from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and major freeways, with San José Mineta International Airport only about 15–20 minutes away.

We value a respectful and easygoing atmosphere where shared spaces are kept clean and comfortable.

Available: August 1 (an earlier move-in may be possible if the room is ready).

Details: Rent is $1,200 per month. Utilities are split evenly among household members (typically $100–$150 per month, depending on usage), and high-speed Wi-Fi is included. A $600 refundable security deposit is required. A 12-month minimum lease is required, after which the agreement converts to month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. Single occupancy only. No pets.

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, applicants complete a standard screening process before move-in, including a rental application, government-issued ID verification, proof of income or employment, and a background check (through Roomies or a recent equivalent, at the applicant’s expense). References may also be requested.

A virtual tour or video walkthrough is available upon request, and in-person tours can be coordinated locally.
