About the room:

1. Located 2nd floor on a single house 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Single occupancy only.
2. 2 full bathroom will be shared by no more than 3 renters.
3. Partially furnished room with one bed and one night stand.
4. Pets are welcome, with an extra charge (to be discussed).
5. Washer and dryer both located on 2nd floor.
6. Access to kitchen which includes 1 kitchen drawer and a spot in the refrigerator.
7. Parking is available on driveway or street (permit required).
8. Utilities and wifi are included (no cable).

About the neighborhood:

1. Gated community, access (QR code) will be provided monthly.
2. About 3 miles of trail and hiking within the community.
3. Access to community’s Veranda and swimming pool.
4. Vons grocery store and gasoline station is 1.9 miles away.
5. Access to I-15 South and I-15 North is 1.4 miles away.

Currently a couple with a medium size dog living in the property. Both are professionals and work full time. No criminal records, no drugs, occasional drinkers only. One person work from home. Looking for roommates who are clean, responsible, and have a stable job
