Beautiful, meandering apartment complex nestled in the hills of Malibu/Calabasas 8 miles from the beach. Dozens of world class hiking, adventure, and exploration at your finger tips. One off-ramp from world class shopping at the Calabasas Commons, Westlake Village center, and Malibu Lumberyard. The second floor top apartment is a fully furnished mix of rustic charm with touches of Zen Asian. Soaring vaulted ceilings create a chalet like vibe along with beautiful wood floors. The bedroom for rent is vacant and unfurnished but has a massive closet and mountain views. Complex is a family-friendly, social, and close knit place with 3 pools and jacuzzis, cabanas, multiple outdoor fireplaces, a gym, friendly squirrels looking for small snacks. It is not a party complex, though, and everyone expects all residents to be responsible, nice, friendly, and part of the amazing community who all look out for one another. All good people and neighbors are welcome and appreciated. I am a quiet, friendly writer who loves music, hiking, the beach, architecture, and animals. PAX, my 8 year old dog, a lab hound mix, is the sweetest thing on the planet and LOVES people, playing and hiking. He’ll be your best friend and greet you at the door like a warm spirit.

About the roomies
This is a very friendly complex with a dog park bbq’s, 3 pools/jacuzzi’s and meandering trails. Very easy to make friends and is very safe.
I am very chill and easy going. I like to hike, go to the beach and swim. I’ve created a zen sanctuary here and am looking for a cool roommate beginning August 1.
