About the home: 3160 sq ft 4 bedroom home w/ water softener in a small gated community. The home is in a great location just north of 215 near the new Durango Stations Casino and The Bend. 10 min. to Summerlin Downtown, 15 min to Red Rock Casino, 15-20 min to The Strip, 10 min to the airport. Lots of restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and shopping nearby.

About the space: Large furnished bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, chair and desk, 40“ tv with fire stick, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with bidet. The bathroom is a private bathroom but is actually a jack and jill and the other bedroom is office space.

Utilities and streaming services included – HOA, gas, water, sewer, trash, electric, high speed internet, netflix, hulu, prime, and spotify, etc.

Parking – 3 car garage but really only holds 2 w/ one comfortably in the driveway or on the street. – up for discussion - typically we park first come first serve. (I’ll be replacing my Explorer soon and then it should fit 3 cars nicely.)

Also supplied are most standard pantry and household staples and typically 1-2 meals per month.

Shared kitchen, laundry, and living room with 75 in LED TV.

About the residents: We are a fairly lowkey household, not a party house.

49 year old female divorcee working from home most of the time with 1 of the bedrooms serving as office space with space for working out with dumbbells (5-50 lbs) and you are welcome to use that space.

22 year old male UNLV senior with a job and plays bass in a band (doesn’t play music at the house), hangs out with friends and his partner that keep him in and out quite a bit and does not always stay here overnight. When he’s home, he hangs out mostly in his room with online friends.
