Walking 2 1/2 blocks to beach or 4 ish blocks to downtown OB – Or head down the street to iconic Sunset Cliffs to catch the best sunsets ever ! there is tons of restaurants, shopping, bars , beach , people – and the best Wednesday evening farmers market all minutes away.

Studio is behind main house but completely private and even has its own patio with fencing , shade cloth , a table & umbrella if you would like to use it . (I will post updated pics this weekend ) All newly renovated, luxury vinyl flooring, butcher block counters , cute turquoise retro appliances , toaster over , microwave, garbage disposal, ceiling fans , new low flow toilet , new back lit vanity with lots of storage , bright and airy with a nice cross breeze - due to huge door and big windows . Studio is furnished, but we can discuss removing any or all . And , we can discuss pets , I don’t have a policy as it would be on a case by case situation. Laundry area is shared , the property flanks an alley, there is usually extra parking but one space is provided.

The front house will be occupied with either owner or a tenant – TBD

We have a 5th wheel on the property and towards end of year there will be some construction starting for property improvements. It should not impact the studio , just would like to disclose .
