I am looking for a roommate to share a townhome with in Ashburn right off 267 toll road x Loudoun county parkway. Only one person is allowed to rent this space.

I am hoping to find a roommate who is considerate, respectful, very clean, who does not smoke or do drugs, drama free, and laid back.

The room will be available on 10/1/2023.12 Month lease minimum. You will have your own space with a closet, and a shared full bathroom with another female.The monthly rent is $800 with all utilities included (electric, water, gas, internet). A $800 security deposit required.
