Let’s be roomies :) Private room for rent in a spacious two bedroom apartment in the heart of Deering! The rent is $2400 total per month. So, to be clear, you and I would each pay $1200 a month + utilities. •Old building with a lot of heart, but updated kitchen and bathroom! as far as new things go: Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops! •as far as old things go: A butler’s pantry, and original wooden floors and accents, including a BUNCH of windows! •We have a backyard, and fire pit, as well as a back porch and small front porch! •Shared bathroom with tub, shower, and a good amount of light! •I have the whole living room furnished right now, and the dining room/desk area partially furnished! I also have a keurig, air fryer, and kitchen cart in the kitchen. Your room would be yours to furnish, and there’s a small nook at the end of the front hallway that you could put an easy chair or bookshelf in :) •You will have to meet my landlord before being approved!

It’s kind of eclectic and maximalist, so if you’re more into the “millennial gray” aesthetic this place is prob not for u :/ •I love going out on weekends to art walks, farmers markets, thrift stores and parks :) If you’re looking for someone to hang with, i’m down, and if not, that’s totally fine too!! •You would also be sharing the space with my cat Thistle, who does have asymptomatic feline leukemia, which means another cat can not live here sorry!! I would be open to maybe a fairly calm small dog, but big dogs aren’t allowed sorry :( As of right now, my landlord does not have a pet fee, but that may change with the turning of the lease.
