23rd Avenue

I have a two story 1850sqft house, 4 bedroom, 2 bath. The bathroom is shared with my other roommate.

We are located about ten to fifteen minutes from downtown/midtown. We live close to shopping, breweries and restaurants. There is a bus stop that is less than a minute walk away from the house.

Common areas such as the kitchen, dinning and living area are free to use. Pots and pans, drink and food ware are free to use. There is a washer and drier available as well.

We are both introverts and would appreciate the same. Although, it is not required to be an introvert. We both play video games, work for the state, enjoy our alone/quiet time and are LGBTQIA+. I, the homeowner, am gay. My roommate is also gay/non-binary.

We are looking for someone who shares the same level of respect we have for each other. Someone who has a standard day job and/or is going to school, as we both are full time employees and students. Peace, calmness, and respect are huge in the house, we would appreciate the same.

Bills are split 3 ways and we work to keep everything as affordable as possible.
