I am moving out of Boston and looking for someone to take over my lease. You would be living with my friend and Coworker (24 year old Male).

The room is massive as you can see from the pictures. 180 sqft just for the bedroom. For reference, you could put 4 queen-sized beds and still have space. I have a queen bed, two large dressers, and a desk but still have ample floor space (70 sqft of open space). The bathroom is also very large. It is 65 sqft with dual showerheads and a tub (also in pictures). I will be taking my stuff so the room will be completely empty. The rest of the apartment will remain furnished as shown in pictures. Large couch, 75-inch TV, fully stocked kitchen, stovetop, microwave, and dishware. The apartment also has a large balcony (75 sqft). Yes, a lot of space everywhere.

The building itself is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood three blocks away from the heart of the central square. It’s a 10-minute walk to Harvard Square in one direction and a 15-minute walk to MIT in the other direction. The closest grocery store is Whole Foods just down the block (3 - 5 min away). Target, CVS, Walgreens, H Mart, and a few other places are 8 minutes walk away. The red line is next to those shops. I worked in Fenway and it was a 15-minute bike to work. Theirs a blue bike station at the back of the building. The bus to Fenway (47) takes the same amount of time and it goes right through BU. The 1 bus (also in the same area as redline) can take you straight to Newburry and further along Mass Ave. The red line can take you to Boston Common. The building has a Gym along with private bike storage areas.

For those with a car - the apartment also has some of the cheapest parking in all of Boston.
