I have a cute & cozy furnished room for rent in a comfy 4 bedroom 2 bath home. Room is fully furnished and includes: Queen sized bed, dresser, closet, night stand and Smart TV.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, office/ work out room as well as a fully covered patio complete with a fridge, large flat top griddle, BBQ grill & fire pit in the backyard and projector screen for watching movies! Our living room has leather reclining furniture and a fireplace. Roommate will have access to all common areas (living room, kitchen, laundry room, office, patio, bathroom). I have 1 driveway parking spot available.

I have outdoor security cameras/ video doorbell and a digital touch pad keypad entrance into the home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We are not far from:

I am a 34 yr old female and own the home. I currently have 1 other female roommate (she is my sister) that works full-time. She has been renting for about 2 years. She is very quiet, respectful and friendly! I also have 1 friendly dog and a cat. Both are friendly and kept up to date on veterinary care. They both enjoy the outdoors and spend time outside. (Yes, even our cat, he is fixed and is tracked with an Airtag but typically stays in our yard). I tend to be pretty laid back, down to Earth, friendly and family oriented. I typically host holidays at my house so friends and family come over for big holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Your respectful friends and family are welcome to join us as well!

I’ve been accused of being a neat freak by friends and family and love coming home to a nice smelling, clean, organized home… free of clutter. That being said, I’d be looking for someone who is similar in that regard who keeps their space clean and cleans up after themselves well in the common areas.

I do work full time in real estate, sometimes from home. I am looking for a responsible & respectful roommate that keeps busy and has a full-time job either from home or outside of the home. I prefer someone that keeps to themselves for the most part and doesn’t need to have company over often. I don’t mind having long term known female friends or co-workers over occasionally. But no frequent/ random male guests over. No children and no pets.

I do NOT smoke, so absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the home. (Sorry, this includes vaping). My home is smoking/ 4/20 friendly as long as all smoking is done privately on the back patio or otherwise completely away from the home/ neighborhood.

The rent is $775 monthly and would be due in full by the 1st of each month. Late fees would be charged after the 3rd. Utility use will be included in your stay. As for groceries & cleaning supplies we currently make a household list and split the cost.

I’m open to 6-12 month lease options. Deposit would be $500 and is refundable at the end of the lease as long as there are no damages.

Need to be able to pass background check and have a consistent job history.
