Stephanie's room

I already live here. The location is wonderful in regards to traffic. I’m about 15-30 minutes away from everything. Near 285, 85, and 400. Also near a train. You get your own spacious room, Big bathroom, access and choice of decor in living + Dining room because i dont have furniture in there. I Have my own room + Bathroom seperate from yours. There is a small outdoor porch area. There is currently no furniture in there, so thats up to you as well. You have your own parking space infront of the apartment. I park in a seperate parking garage nearby. The apartment comes with an attatched garage which ive turned into my studio. I’m self employed. If needed there is a closet in the garage you are more then welcome to have only.

I’m 25. Single. Capricorn. Plant mom. Snake mom. I love my apartment and don’t want to part ways. My last tenant couldn’t keep up with her side of the bills, so we had to part ways. Other then that we never had any issues, and i did my best to support her while she encountered financial setbacks. I’m very clean and easy going. I’m either working in the garage, or working on a production somewhere. Commercials, music videos, campaigns, and film are my realm. I’m also learning to set build and prop design. I hardly have company over that isn’t family or work related, but I dont mind if you do, just keep them away from my room., please. I like to keep the food separate but you don’t have to worry about me eating your stuff and i dont mind sharing pots + seasonings etc. basic stuff. I pretty much will always respect your boundaries + be kind. I just ask you do the same.
