First floor is an open plan space with kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom plus access to private patio overlooking city lights. Second floor holds 4 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Rent includes all utilities and Fios internet. Heated floors throughout apartment.
You must be CLEAN, easy going and drama free.
Enjoy proximity to NYC and the quietness of the Heights neighborhood. NYC is only a 25 minutes bus ride. Bus stop is a short 2 blocks away (JFK Boulevard) where you can can catch NJ Transit or jitney buses (which run every 5 minutes). PATH train is a mile away. Plenty of street parking (will need a JC resident pass) which is easy and inexpensive to get.
