About the room
A single family house located in Addison. (No couples)(no pets) Private room with direct access to a Jack and Jill shared bathroom, a big closet. Utilities are included, internet is separate since we will need to discuss usage and if we will need a new internet plan with more internet that will work best.
Very safe community, a lake/pond 4min walking distance. Trails to ride a bike or go for walks. 4min walking distance from the Addison Athletic club which you will have access to, just need to change your address on your TX ID to the new Addison one, they have a sauna, steam shower, indoor/outdoor pool, brand new workout equipment, access to the tennis courts and volleyball courts which are 6min walking distance from the house.
About the roomies
I live here together with a family member. I work in finance and my family member works at a body shop near by. I work a lot, and try to stay busy as much as I can, I also enjoy social gatherings over the weekend.
