About the room: *The front home entrance includes three steps to the front door *The room is located next to the front courtyard which has a koi pond and a waterfall that runs 24/7. *This may be an issue for light sleepers. The window overlooks the courtyard and has limited view of the street. *The room is right next to the washer and dryer. We can be respectful and use during an agreed upon time if the noise is an issue. *The bedroom is currently unfurnished. *The bedroom is about 10ft by 10ft (excluding closet space)

*1 single roommate tenant in 50s. Christian and Army Veteran. Works from home 3 days out of the week.
