This is a 15x17 room with many windows and a separate door with outside access to a small porch. We are across the street from beautiful Powell Butte and on the bus line. The property is half an acre, with a garden in front, firepit in back. I am looking for kind respectful tenants who are tidy in the public space, keep dishes done etc. We ask for first and last months rent (divided into 4 portions is a possibility for the right housemate), security deposit, a background and credit check. Handymen and gardeners have opportunity to reduce rent with jobs on property :) The house is 2400 square feet with three levels (6 steps up and 6 steps down) so it’s private and spread out, bedrooms on three floors. No smoking on property but you can step off the property to smoke at the handy dandy stump. While there’s no sleepovers in the room the pull out couch is available for occasional guests. I was a child psychologist for 25 years and have a miniature horse who sometimes lives on the property and a friendly chicken, Ophelia. Other tenants are two security guards and a retired gal.
