Furnished single bedroom located in Naperville, Old Farm. Full Size Bed with table with two drawers/2 shelves, closet with built in system, 1 night stand, and 2 lamps (bedding not included). TV with fire stick. Room Darkening Blinds. You will have your own bathroom with single sink, shower, and toilet (down the hall). Utilities included (Water, Electric, Gas). Ranch home, but not handicapped accessible. Parking on street only. This listing is to rent one bedroom and one bathroom and does not include use of the common areas inside/outside of the home (such as the office, family room, kitchen, backyard, or other areas in the home) and no washer and dryer. House is equipped with alarm system with cameras (inside & out), will have your own alarm code upon entering/exiting the home. Bedroom has a ceiling fan. No guests, pets, children, or 420/smoking allowed. I have a cleaning lady who will clean your room/bathroom for $40/month extra (2X/month). Internet is $35/month extra. No holes can be made in the walls. AC/Heat are set per homeowner. Must have PO Box for deliveries/mail.
