Room for rent in a house located in Montclair NJ. Access to all common areas, backyard, kitchen, etc. Washer and Dryer in Basement. Room for extra storage in an unfinished basement. We live in a quiet and safe area, walking distance to Watchung Train station. Current tenants are 3 other females ranging from 25-32 working full time jobs. We all kind of keep to ourselves mostly stay in our rooms. Must be ok with large dogs. (1 Pitbull and 2 Vizslas.) Utilities are split (PSEG,/Internet), and when split, PSEG is around $100 or so a month, internet is $30. Room is available starting August 15th and it is not furnished.

Requirements: must show proof of income, and credit report. In order to afford room should be making around $41,000 plus a year.

All the housemates are single females and work full-time and stay to themselves for the most part.
