ABOUT OUR NEW ROOMIE: It is very important for all of us to live in a clean environment and we are looking for the new roommate to be the same (responsible, very clean, considerate and friendly). Is this place Coed? Yes, we offer rooms to qualified individual and males and females are both welcome to join our international friendly home.
What are my lease options? You can get the best rate with One year lease option, but can also have a 6 months, Please contact us for less than 6 months lease. (Rates showing here are based on the year lease.)
How are utilities paid? All roommates share utilities. (You can add a fixed $99.00 per months with the rent)
What is covered under utilities? Heat, water and gas are shared between roommates. WiFi, trash removal and sewerage are covered by owner.
What are the house shared items? All pots and pans, china, sliver ware and basic items that are in the house are shared. You are welcome to have your own items or use what is available.
What is expected of me? A very clean individual, professional or a mature students are welcome. Friendly and courteous and to follow all house rules. It’s a shared living place for everyone, but also a home away from home too, where great friendships are developed, where we have created great. House rules to keep all common areas always clean is a baseline. Have a budget for the maintenance and cleaning supplies that are shared among roommates. We all help manage a clean place for each other and for your roommates as a team.
What do I bring with me when moving-in? House is fully furnished and so as the room. Its setup so that international friends can move in with the minimal hassle.
