Plenty of bike/walking trails nearby and close to retail stores & restaurants. The ideal move-in date, September 1st, may be flexible. The rent is $700 plus utilities ($70-$100) and deposit $700. 6 Month lease, minimum.

About you…. Professional with a solid job. Preferably work out of the home. You are responsible, respectful, enjoy a clean space and willing to share monthly house cleaning chores. Sorry no pets, but big bonus if you are a cat lover. I would enjoy sharing a space with someone friendly, easy to get along with, and drama free. No smokers or hard drugs.
