Old Ocean City Road

I have a quaint room for rent inside our home. Your room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, tv, refrigerator. Our house has central air and we provide wi-fi. All utilities are included….electric, water, trash, central heat and air, wi-fi, t.v. cable, some streaming channels, and water.

My adult children, husband, and I live here. We also have another tennant. I have cats and two dogs inside. Please, you must be an animal lover!! My pets are part of the family!! Even though I have animals, this is a no pet property. This is strictly enforced. It’s not fair to my pets. The room is upstairs and is the perfect size for one person. No couples allowed, its just not big enough. You are welcome to use the kitchen for all your cooking needs. You have a small refrigerator in your room but if you need more space you can use ours. My kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, mixer, blender, waffle maker, panini press, rice steamer, etc.. ,……which you are welcome to use!
