I live alone in a 3 bed 2 bath with yard parking and on a very quiet side street. Offering a room with bills included water trash and internet, electricity is split. No pets allowed. Non cigarette smokers please. Background check will need to be done but only checking for evictions and major felonies. I am a very easy going person and know people are human. I am 34 and a bartender. I work 6 sometimes 7 days a week. I can’t stand cigarette smoke or the smell so if you smoke please don’t waste your time. I stay in my room or outside for the most part. I have a nice yard with furniture and a fire pit and shed. I would rather be outside than inside. I have a son that comes to stay with me sometimes he is a teenager and it isn’t often but it happens.
