Jack's room

I’m in no rush, but I have a great condo and I’m looking for a housemate for next lease. It comes with your own bedroom and bathroom. The condo has just been fully remodeled, with new appliances and carpeting, along with a two car garage. The property has in-unit laundry on the lowest level with a nice patio space out the back, and a brand new deck on the second floor. The location is perfect, it’s less than 3 minute walk to the gym, and there are tons of thrift stores, supermarkets, amazing restaurants, and a roller-skating rink all within the same walking distance. There’s a library right behind the place, which is great for students. It’s less than a 15 minute drive to UCSC, and I’ve heard it’s only a 10 minute bike ride to the nearest UC bus stop. Utilities and internet aren’t included, but they haven’t been more than 100 total. I’m looking for someone who’s active and around my age, but most importantly I’m looking for someone who’s clean and easy going.

I will be the only housemate, and to tell you a little about myself, my name is Jack Steinberg, I am 22 and originally from Sacramento. I moved to Santa Barbara to receive my AA degrees and this will be my second year as a transfer at UC Santa Cruz. I am majoring in Environmental Science and I enjoy being active and working out in my free time. Outside of school I work as a carpenter and enjoy working on my truck. I’m looking for someone around my age, but most importantly I’m looking for someone who’s clean and motivated.
