I’m looking to share a spacious clean and comparably new house with a roommate, professional person, or graduate student with jobs. Applicants must be very clean, pick-up after themselves, and be respectful of others. Applicants need to have good records, in good habits without smoking, drunk, drugs and mental issue. References may ask.

Rental Fee: $900/month for the medium-sized bedroom (all inclusive) with private bathroom. Security deposit will be required.
