Roommate: -One young professional female-early 30’s -Busy work and workout (yoga classes) schedule during the week; back to graduate night school in the fall -Has a 9-year-old calico cat and plant children -Surfs and skates on the weekends and any days working from home, likes to stay active and outside

I love this place! I like to keep things quiet during the week as I am up early for work and I never take the party home. Not a party house. The house is always clean and I expect that we respect each other’s space and the common space. If you would like to make a mess please keep it to your room. I would love to find someone with common interests that is down to hang out, be it make drinks, watch some tv, or grab some dinner.
