Hi y’all! I am looking for someone to take over a private bedroom in a 2bd 1ba quadplex. The rent is $950/month without utilities. Utilities are usually ~$60/month. In-unit washer and dryer. The unit is a quadplex in Capitol Hill with on-site parking, subject to availability, a block off of Broadway. It has a fenced-in backyard and is a decently quiet area within walking distance of QFC, the light rail, Volunteer and Cal Anderson park, and a bunch of great restaurants. The room is furnished with a double/full bed. The total income required of residents on the lease is 2.5x the total monthly rent; cosigners are allowed if needed.

My roommate is a 19yo trans man, full-time student at Seattle Central College who is outdoorsy and laid-back. He plays saxophone and guitar but is flexible about when he plays if it becomes bothersome. He is tidy and cares to keep a clean living space.
