Hello, I am looking for a roommate who is single, has a steady income , no partying, maintains a clean environment .

Available sept 6th No Animals

You would have the master bedroom with two giant closets and an en suite bathroom. You have access to a medium size balcony. The house will be furnished but the room will be empty. You will have access to the full kitchen and the laundry room which will be shared with me. There is garage for storage and will have your own parking spot. Rent will be $1300 plus utilities will be spilt.

The house is very close to downtown SLO, close to grocery stores and gym. Very quiet area and close to hiking trails.

You will need to go through the property manager to sign lease and complete application process.

A little bit about me- I am single female who has a full time-job. I am a very clean person. I like going to the gym , hiking, and going to the beach. I am a super positive outgoing gal! Feel free to message if you have any questions and see if we vibe!
