2 bed 1.5 bath apartment, looking for someone to move into the other bedroom. 9 month lease with option to renew. Rent includes heat, lot parking, and utilities. Electric and internet would be around an extra $50. The bedroom would come unfurnished, and you’d have a half bath to yourself! We’d share just the shower which is in the full bath. It’s in Madison about 10 minutes to downtown, and less than 5 minutes from the Monona drive Metro Market and the Monona Walmart. The living area has some furniture but room for more if needed. The complex has washer and dryer on the same floor and a small gym. It’s in a beautiful area just a 10 minute walk from Lake Monona! When applying to the complex they may require a background check and security deposit, which I believe was around $300 but I can’t remember for sure.

I’m usually gone from 8:30-4:30ish during the week for work. I’m very easygoing and when I’m home like to decompress, sometimes using the living area for the TV but I’m in my room a lot too. I keep common areas clean and especially make an effort to be on top of dishes. I have basic kitchen supplies I’m happy to share.
