About the room
About the house: The street is quiet and near a lot of commercial areas like Fremont Street and the Alberta Arts District. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house contains a large kitchen, garage, tool shed, heating/air conditioning, dish washer, laundry/drier, and 2 living rooms. There is a covered patio and a small front porch with two chairs. We have a guest bedroom that we use for out-of-town friends and family. In total, the house is 2732sqft.
About the room: The room is on the lower level and contains cork flooring. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant.
About the roomies
There are three of us in our 30s currently living in the house. Our first housemate (male) works in journalism and enjoys trail running. Our second housemate (female) works in the fitness industry and likes run and work on jigsaw puzzles. I am a data engineer and enjoy playing ultimate frisbee, walking/hiking, kayaking, and spending time with friends. We also have a cat and 2 dogs who live with us. They all get along well with other pets.
