1st Avenue Southwest

The house is a 1942 Boeing bungalow located in White center. I have owned the home for the past 24 years and currently would like to have a roommate here especially since I’m gone for 6 months out of the Year to my winter home. The great thing is this neighborhood is very quiet there are a lot of great restaurants within a mile of the house and a lot of great inexpensive grocery shopping very close by. There is also easy bus access into downtown and seatac airport. There is off-site parking for one vehicle and plenty of on-street parking.

I am a 58-year-old gwm who spends 6 months of his time at a winter home and 6 months back up here. This means whichever roommate I end up with will have the house all to themselves from October to the beginning of April.
