Magenta Isles Drive

I have an empty 10.4*11 room that is currently being used as an office. The house is located in a fairly new community just within walking distance to walgreens, major gas stations, walmart, and LA fitness. The bathroom is lightly shared. The house model is Cali by DR Horton, I won’t have pictures available since it’s currently being used as an office. Meals can be included at a low cost.

I work from home and we are very clean family, no smoking or drinking. I have three children that are in the house 50% of the week, very well behaved and respect others privacy. Home cooked meals can be included at a very low cost. We are not home most weekends. I am looking to help students find a home away from home.
