South Bannock Street

Hi, I have a large basement room for rent. It is three rooms (unfurnished )with a bathroom and shared kitchen. It is near the light rail and bus line. It is next to Englewood in South Denver. On street parking. Patio with a pool in the back yard. No cats (allergies) but a small dog may be considered. I am the owner of the house and only other occupant. I work from home during the day and work in my garage a lot in the evenings. I am a laid back guy that enjoys friends and BBQs on the weekends sometimes.

I am looking for a responsible adult that has a full time job, good references and a life outside of the house. The basement rooms have some low ceiling areas so anyone over 5’10“ doesn’t work.
