About the house: a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhouse. 2 guys, and one girl in the house in total right now. All are young professionals working in tech and retail. This room is big with a balcony.

there are two rooms are available, one room is $1070 with a balcony ready to move in now (rented to a girl already), one room is $1050 ready to move in end of July, attached garage is $100 for exclusive use. outside designated/numbered parking spot is free. WIFI and trash are completely covered. Gas is covered up to $150/mo.. (current use is around ~$80). Water and sewer is covered up to $125/mo.(current bill is around $90/mo.) Electricity is covered up to $300 (current is $231). Any charge passes these thresholds will be split evenly by all tenants.

Requirement for the new housemate: young professional preferred (right now we go out to hike, watch movies etc together. so prefer someone similar to us, good credit score(>700), clean, quiet, and respectful.
