My roommate and I are renting a room in our condo. This is a 3bedroom 2.5 bathroom 1 shared bath room upstairs 1 in master bedroom (occupied)& one bathroom downstairs. It’s a small room so it’s perfect for 1 person but a couple can make it work as well. Rent is 1300 plus security deposit is 1000. You would have access to the kitchen, laundry, garage, living room and 2 small patio. We are near by shopping centers schools and downtown Santa Rosa. We are located in a safe quiet neighborhood.
