Private furnished room in a large executive four bedroom home in Lake Stevens. Located a couple blocks from the lake on a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to a greenbelt. Beach access down the street and close to downtown. Gym equipped with Peloton bike & treadmill, weights, bench, etc. is available for use. Housekeeping services included (every two weeks). Willing to reduce rent by $200 per month if tenant will service lawn (mow, whack, weed, and blow once per week, powerwash on occasion, and take care of outdoor stuff in general…equipment is here). I have a long driveway and a tenant is welcome to park in it, so long as I never get blocked from exiting my garage. There is ample street parking too.

I am a 50-something-year-old professional female who works long hours. Myself and my adult son currently reside in the house. I don’t mind smoking, so long as it is outdoors, but absolutely no illegal drugs. I have three cats (two rather exotic kittens and a 19-year-old Himalayan). All of them are hypoallergenic, as I am allergic to most breeds. So, cat friendly is a must and I cannot accept any other animals in the home.
