A room is available for 1 person. No couples or children (that includes infants). Since the bathroom will be shared with a female, this room is only available for a female. The rent is $550 and includes utilities. Wifi is available. There is a washer and dryer on site. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is no cooking allowed; however, the microwave can be used and there is a medium sized fridge you will share with 1 other person.
Location is on Liberia Ave about 8 min drive to Manassas mall, 10 min to Micron, and 6 min to Centreville Rd. The house includes males and females, 1 toy poodle, and 1 cat. Everyone is respectful of each other. This is not a party house. People for the most part keep to themselves. If you value peace and quiet, this may be the place for you. No drugs, no pets, and no guests allowed. Initial rent period will be 3 months then month to month.
A background check will be performed by the landlord at no cost to the tenant.
About the roomies
2 males and 2 females, 1 toy poodle and 1 cat. It’s usually quiet at night. Most people work day time schedules on different days, sometimes teleworking.
