Hello! We will have 2 unfurnished bedrooms available for rent beginning Oct 1st located within the highly desirable community of River Islands in Lathrop. We have one room offered at $850/month and the larger room at $950/month. All utilities are included in rent with access to the laundry room, kitchen, and backyard. First and last months rent plus security deposit due upon move in. Contract will start at 6 months, then month to month. Background check required. Single occupants only. Children not accepted. The bathroom will be shared with one other tenant but you will have your own sink. Occasional guests are fine. Street parking available. Home is located nearby walking trail, parks, and lakes. We are a young, laid back couple in our 30’s with careers in tech and health. We love cooking, bowling, and watching movies. Ideally looking for housemates who are students or working professionals with similar interests. We have a corgi who is very friendly with humans but reactive with other pets.
