It’s in a great area of Tampa, near the airport. Super safe and secure apartments with great reviews. I haven’t secured this spot yet, so I am trying to get the 2/2 room like as soon as possible!

I am a working young professional! 25 years old and just got a new job here in Tampa. I have a complex I’m looking at and really want to snatch up the available rental, but I would need to have a roommate. It’s 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Super great amenities. Of course if you think we would work great as roommates, we can talk more about the location. I don’t have a dog (yet), and I wouldn’t mind if you did have a dog already though! I am super quiet and neat, sometimes I just hang out in my room for the whole night. It would be cool to have a friend as well as roommate though. I do like thrifting and getting coffee and going to concerts. I will be at work most of the day during the week, but have family that I love and will probably visit some weekends down south, and would like to have my family over every now and then as well. I definitely don’t mind someone who wants to have some company over every now and then! Or even significant others. I’m pretty chill about most things! But this is sort of urgent because the job is brand new and I still live a whole 2 hours away!!
