Hi! I’m currently in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with my kiddo. Times are hard for everyone right now & I’m really starting to feel that. My kiddo & I are going to be in the master so you’ll have the second bedroom and bathroom! Lease is up in February so adding a roommate would help tremendously since ya know, single mom life is hard. We’re in downtown QC & it’s a super quiet area. Water, electric & Cox is included! The neighbors are also super awesome. Washer & Dryer in unit as well.

I’m Court & my 10 year old son is K. We’re super laid back, keep to ourselves & extremely clean! One cat & pup. We spend a lot of time at my boyfriends house, so about 75% of the time you’ll have the apartment to yourself! Don’t worry, dog comes with & I come back daily to tend to the fur child. If you have a kid / kiddos they’re more than welcome, too. Oh & perks of being roomies, I love to cook when I am home and get all of the good snacks from Costco! Figured maybe this will not only help me out, but another single mom or gal who’s also on the struggle bus with living life.
