I’m looking for a Roomate next may to move into the then vacant room in my 2bed 2bath apartment. The room is spacious with its own closet. The room comes with a spacious private bath with high countertops, large mirror, bathroom closet, large tub, and fan. The apartment is furnished and has a private balcony. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, ice machine in the fridge, and a ring doorbell for safety.
I’m a pretty easy going student who works full time during the week and enjoys spending time at home or going out with friends on the weekends/weekday. I’m pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself for the most part but am open to doing activities together. I keep the apartment clean(clean up after using the common areas) and am looking to find someone else who enjoys keeping a clean home. I would prefer to Roomate with people my same age or a little older and would appreciate if you we’re responsible/have a full time job and good credit. After bills everything ends up being around 900 give or take. I’m open to cats and small dogs but there is a pet deposit as well as 25$ pet rent that would be added onto your portion of rent.
