Old River Drive

Hello! I am renting out a temporary (available now through the end of October) bedroom in a 3b 2b house for $1000, all utilities and WIFI included. It would be a shared bathroom with one of the roommates. Brand new hard wood floors throughout entire house, working fireplace, new Samsung washer, dryer and stove! House has a large backyard and garage as well. The house is on Meadows Dr, so it has a great walkway with beautiful sunrises/sunsets!

I am looking a roommate who is responsible, clean, and drama free! I also have 2 dogs, so you need to like dogs, but would not be bringing any of your own or any other pets.
