Industrial private furnished room in Brooklyn New York!

Hello! I have a room available on Fulton Street in Bed-Stuy New York! The unit and street are super quiet. In fact, I only have neighbors above me and there are only three of us living in the entire building, so we are super tight-knit and look out for each other! The building is super secure, and management is right next to the building so if you ever need maintenance they are right there. The room is super spacious! Comes with a full-sized Nectar bed and frame, large windows, and a TV. The apartment itself is super big and beautiful, it is recently renovated and was in high demand when I signed the lease! it has a very industrial-exposed look to it, and is super modern, but is super comforting. I have the entire place furnished already so you don’t have to worry about that part! Lastly, the C train towards Euclid and Manhattan is legitimately right next to my building (2 Min walk)! Utilities are included, and yes even the Wifi!!

HI! Once again, I am Monty and I am originally from Hilo Hawai’i, and Sacramento California! I’m a recent college graduate from Syracuse University, but now I am a Columbia University part-time student; I work full-time for McLean & Company as a management consultant as well! I recently moved to Brooklyn because I have a lot of friends who live here and I needed to live somewhere close to Canada for work-related reasons. I love and play rugby, DJ, work out (a lot), and go out to Manhattan to enjoy the nightlife. Something to consider is that I do work from home, so I stick around the apt from 8-5 pm, but I usually get out of the apt after that. I am not a typical night person, but I am a morning person so I’ll be up pretty early if that bothers you. I am very social so I will be having people over quite often. And lastly, I am severely allergic to cats! But of course, I am TOTALLY flexible and easy. Let me know if you have any questions!
