Central air, high end kitchen appliances, washer-dryer, 1 gated garage spot, great street parking, dark cherry hardwood, and free tax planning help! 1 female (age 36) and will be gone most days. Pets are a possibility. No late ragers but dinner parties ok. Month to month so no long-term commitment. A reference or two would be nice, and I can provide the same.

I am quiet, friendly, teach ballet, and travel often, so will likely not be there half the month.
