Entire apartment available from Aug until the middle of Oct. My lease ends two weeks into Oct. They wont let break my lease but Ive already found another place. Im not going to sugar coat it, its a decent living space but management is horrible. The tub is peeling in the bathroom and often times there are leaks near the hot water heater. Does not include laundry facility. This place is just meant for anyone who needs housing ASAP for a short period of time. You wont have any roommates but I will come by from time to time as I move the rest of my things out to my new place. Open for negotiation.

Full time artist, the area is what you would expect from Old National. Most people mind their business though.
