Our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located in Somerville/Medford line in Tufts Magoon Square area. Available September 1ST 2023
The room is about 10’x14’ with a closet and exclusive access to a large 10 x 10 private porch/balcony. You will share bathroom with 1 other roommate downstairs on the 2nd floor. Other two are on 3rd floor. Large 14 x 13 kitchen and 10 x 10 dining room next to it. There is also a small family room with couches and nice sunny window. We keep all common areas clean. Also we have a dishwasher and Large (clean) fridge. Granite counters lots of cupboard space. Our apartment is a great place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space. All three are clean and considerate roommates with a range of hobbies from muay thai, to playing music, to EBiking. We all respect each other’s space. With plenty of natural light, close to shops, fast FIOS wifi, this is a comfortable place to spend your time. Also, parking is available on the street.
