About the room
IMAGES: pictures #1-4 are the upstairs/main floor, #5-6 are the basement with a sliding door that walks out to the patio, #7-9 are of the available bedroom, #10-11 are the bathroom, and #12-14 are the laundry room. ABOUT: Iβm subleasing my downstairs/basement room which is in a spacious condo with high ceilings and large windows. Upstairs are the living room, kitchen, dining room, study, and master bedroom/bath. Downstairs in the basement are a large (unfurnished) living area with a sliding glass door, two empty storage rooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The available room is one of the two basement rooms: a large bedroom with a walk-in closet. There is plenty of space in the rest of the basement for use as a study, living room, etc. and any furnishings you bring. Parking is available in the two-car garage, the driveway, or the common parking areas around the development. The condos in the area have well-kept exteriors and landscaping outside, with plenty of grass, trees, and a park. Surrounding the development are more neighborhoods, so there isnβt much outside noise audible in this unit and bedroom. The nearby area includes a mall, grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, retail stores, and more. Also within a short driving distance is a highway that you can take to quickly reach any downtown area like Denver or Boulder.
About the roomies
LEASE: Iβm subleasing the downstairs bedroom. Lease start date is Aug/Sept (discounted first monthβs rent if you move in later in the month), lease end date is Dec. 31st 2023. ROOMMATES: The other two roommates are college graduates (both women). They donβt party/host social gatherings and prefer to keep the condo quiet and clean. One roommate lives in the upstairs master bedroom and works in IT, so she uses the upstairs study to work. She also owns a small dog, who is energetic and friendly. The other roommate lives in the downstairs bedroom (sharing the bathroom) and works taking care of children, so she is usually gone during the day.
