I’m 45 male, keep very busy with two jobs. I occupy one of the bedrooms. I have a 5 year old that visits for half of the week. Lots of peace and tranquility here with plenty of sunlight, living indoor/outdoor areas. The 2nd bedroom is occupied by a male educator that mostly keeps to himself.
