Pindell Avenue

I have a spare room in my 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house for rent. It is currently just my cat and I. The third bedroom is my office. The house also has a big open basement that is mostly empty. I have some pieces of furniture in there now but it will be empty if I find someone to move in. The bathroom is shared. the half bath is in my room, but I am also open to switching rooms and changing the rent for some cases. I will add pictures of the inside of the house soon. I am open to different lengths of stay.

I (28M) am newish to Louisville. Moved here in March from Nashville for work. I am not in desperate need for a roommate, so it will take the right fit for me to accept someone. I am looking for someone respectful and clean. It would be nice to have someone around my age, but that isn’t the most important thing for me. I do not know the area or many people here yet, so if you’re want a roommate like that, then that is not me. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep a few days a week because of a work commute, then I am flexible on rent.
